• Uniform Number will be assigned to you by the club. Please wait until you receive your number to order.
• Uniform Cost is Separate from club fees (Uniforms are on a 2 year cycle. Fall 2026 is the start of the cycle.)

After tryouts, invitations are extended to players within 1-4 business days of the last tryout day. You will have 24 hours to complete your acceptance. Upon acceptance, your initial payment will be drafted from your account 5-10 days after the initial team invite. Payment draft dates may vary for supplemental tryouts and late additions to teams. Once your initial payment is drafted, it is non-refundable. Any changes to team acceptances must be communicated to admin@carolinacoreyouth.com. If you did not make a team, you will be notified of that as well. Here are the team levels:

• Pre-MLS / PRE-GA (Green and Orange)
• Elite
• Premier
• United
• Force
• Legacy

Coaches are announced prior to tryouts. Click here to see our staff list. If there is an unexpected number of players/teams in an age group, a coaching announcement might be delayed.

Your coach or team manager will be in touch will all the important info leading up to the season.

Once the account has been created, you will be able to register your player for any CCFC program:

1. Click on the “Register ” button to create a PlayMetrics account.
2. Enter the email address and password you would like to use for your account. Once you have done this, click on the “Create Account” button.
3. The system will send a verification email to you to confirm your email address. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions to verify your email address. You will then be prompted to enter your contact information to complete your Parent or Guardian account.
4. Add your player information for each child you plan to register.
5. Based on the player information provided, you will be shown a list of programs available to each player.
6. Complete the registration for each player.
7. You will receive a confirmation email when the registration process has been completed.
8. Please contact PlayMetrics at support@playmetrics.com with any difficulties when creating an account.

• Grant Funding may be available through Dick's Sporting Goods & All Kids Play

• If you choose to pay in installments, payments are due on the 15th of the month. If your auto draft is unable to process for any reason, you must log in to your PlayMetrics account to submit payment by the 30th of the month. Your player will be suspended from all player privileges including, but not limited to, tryouts, training, games, camps and tournaments if payment is not received within 15 days of the scheduled due date.

• Outstanding balances will remain associated with the family account and may be transferred to any new accounts or enrollments within our system until fully resolved.
