Every CCFC Youth player is responsible for the payment of the non-refundable initial payment which secures their position on the selected team. In addition, families are responsible for the complete payment of their club dues/fees for the season and have the option to complete payment by paying in full or paying with installments. If a family wishes to receive a refund of their paid dues, they must submit the request in writing to the CCFC Youth staff detailing the reason for the refund. Each request is up for review by the CCFC Youth Board of Directors Financial Committee who will approve or deny the refund request.

Once the account has been created, you will be able to register your player for any CCFC program:

1. Click on the “Register ” button to create a PlayMetrics account.
2. Enter the email address and password you would like to use for your account. Once you have done this, click on the “Create Account” button.
3. The system will send a verification email to you to confirm your email address. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions to verify your email address. You will then be prompted to enter your contact information to complete your Parent or Guardian account.
4. Add your player information for each child you plan to register.
5. Based on the player information provided, you will be shown a list of programs available to each player.
6. Complete the registration for each player.
7. You will receive a confirmation email when the registration process has been completed.
8. Please contact PlayMetrics at support@playmetrics.com with any difficulties when creating an account.

• If you choose to pay in installments, payments are due on the 15th of the month. If your auto draft is unable to process for any reason, you must log in to your PlayMetrics account to submit payment by the 30th of the month. Your player will be suspended from all player privileges including, but not limited to, tryouts, training, games, camps and tournaments if payment is not received within 15 days of the scheduled due date.

• Outstanding balances will remain associated with the family account and may be transferred to any new accounts or enrollments within our system until fully resolved.

Phillips Park & Hight Point Athletic Complex: Per the City of High Point Parks & Rec, No Dogs are permitted on the premises for the safety and liability of all persons using the complex inside and outside of CCFC. Service animals are of course an exception 

Ivey Redmon: Per the Town of Kernersville, dogs are permitted in the designated dog park next to the entrance to the facility.  No Dogs are permitted anywhere else on the premises for the safety and liability of all persons using the complex inside and outside of CCFC. Service animals are of course an exception
