Play with your mind, Play with your heart, Play for each other, right from the start.
He has too many favorite memory as a coach to pick just one.
His favorite soccer team is Leeds United (England) and his favorite players over the years include Clint Dempsey & Edgar Davids.

In her playing days, Coach Jen attended Bordentown Regional High School (NJ) and went on to play in college right here in the Triad at High Point University.
Coach Jen has the following advice for the aspiring youth players:
Every player develops at different rates. Trust the process. It won’t happen over night and will take time and commitment. Push yourself to be better than you were yesterday.
Her favorite memory as a coach is winning the USYS State Cup in 2022 with her 2007 Girls team and getting to go watch her former players play with their college teams.
Her favorite soccer teams are Tottenham (England) and NC Courage, with her all time favorite player being Mia Hamm.

You play the way you practice. So every time you step on a pitch. Give it your all and never just go through the motions.
One of his favorite memories as a coach is being acknowledged for a player that he worked with when they sign to play in college.

Pursue your dreams with relentless dedication, while learning the invaluable life lessons from the highs and lows of the world’s beautiful game.
One of his favorite memories happened recently, when he took a team to Colombia, South America in the summer of 2024. It was amazing to see players that I have coached in the past realize that soccer can connect us to those around us, our game is a small picture of the highs and lows of life, and your life has a greater purpose than how well you kick a small rubber ball.
His favorite soccer team is Arsenal (England) and his favorite player over the years is Roberto Carlos.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get, with the work you didn't do. You're never gonna know if you never even try.
He recalls a favorite memory of his: watching a team that had never played together before, work through many ups and downs in a single season and finish that season winning a tournament championship together.
